Project Management with p3.express

P3.express is a minimalist, practical project management system. It’s easy to learn, easy to use, and easy to teach. It can be used in Waterfall or Agile or any other type of the project.  

Despite the existence of different systems  and guides, most projects are run intuitively, without a practical structured project management system. 

The fact is that fundamental standards, while invaluable, are complex for most projects.

If you replace Excel with a programming language, most people won’t be able to use it, even though a programming language (representing the fundamental standards) is more capable than Excel.

Most of the current fundamental project management systems and guides are all like programming languages. 

P3.express is a simple tool that most people can use as of day one after learning about it.

P3.express is a globally recognized project management system designed for practicality and ease of use. Backed by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, it offers a structured framework without unnecessary complexity.

P3.express uses a cyclical system to make the activities simpler and more regular. There are monthly, weekly, and daily cycles, each of which focused on one aspect of managerial activities.

In addition to the cycles, there’s a project initiation activity group run at the beginning, and a project closure group at the end.

Finally, there’s a post-project management group: a cycle run after the project is finished, to evaluate the benefits.

Besides the process, there are 4 management documents and a number of roles.
